RandolphWorks is a work-based learning program designed to answer our local industry leaders’ need for an engaged workforce in entry-level positions which are difficult to fill. RandolphWorks also addresses our need for students in our low-wealth school district to have above minimum wage employment and support to stay in school and earn a high school diploma.
Student Eligibility Requirements:
– Age 16 or older
– Enrolled in the Randolph County School System
– Successful completion of application and background/drug screenings
– Commitment to working a minimum of 20 hours per week
– Commitment to the program through high school graduation
